Terms & Conditions

1.0 General

You can only currently order Handryers from us which can be performed in two ways:

- Order our products by shopping on our website

- Calling the number located at the bottom of each page on the website

Once you have placed an order for one of our products on the website, an automatically generated email will inform you that your order has been taken, When we recieve a similar email, and costs of the item(s) have been processed, the item will then be dispatched to the address specified on the invoice we recieve from you

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

You undertake that all details you provide to Handryersuk.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

HandryersUK reserves the right to change any products, costs, or services at any time.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

2.0 Delivery

Items will usually be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, this will apply if all details in section 1.0 have been met successfully. If your item does not arrive within 7 working days you should then contact us on the number displayed at the bottom of each page on the website, and we will do our best to find out where your item is at the present time, and get the item(s) to you as quickly as we can.

PLEASE NOTE - Items can be dispatched within the UK. However we are currently working extensively in the near future in order to send our items outside of the UK. But at the present time items can only be sent within the UK

Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by HandryersUK, the same applys if you are paying by PayPal. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and no charge is made for delivery.

3.0 Warranty Statement

3.1 - All Handryers located on our website have separte Guarantee periods. If any of our products breakdown etc, either in the noted guarantee period of that particular item, you should either call our helpline located at the bottom of the page, or contact us via email, and we will deal with your discrepancy quickly and efficently.

3.2 - The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of a Handryer resulting from Vandalism, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which HandryersUK is not responsible. The warranty is voided by removal or alteration of Machine or parts identification labels.

3.3 - To ensure that your handryers are safely fitted, you should arrange for a qualified NICEIC electrician to install your product(s)
